Shipping & Delivery

1. How does the Exotic calculate shipping fees?

We calculate shipping fees based on parcel weight of the perfume after packing, as we are currently using Gdex, J&T or Poslaju as our main courier service, the rate of the appointed courier service will be used to charge for each delivery.

2. Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently we do not accept and ship international orders.

2. How long do I need to wait to receive my order?

In-stock orders normally ship within 1 business day and delivery time may take 2-7 working days to arrive. Orders only ship during weekdays. Products with "Pre-Order" basis might take longer delivery times.

2. Can I pick up my order at your physical store once I have completed the order online?

Self pick up is available once online payment is made. Customers may come to our store during our daily working hours for self pick up.

3. Can I change my shipping options?

Yes, you will be able to change your shipping option. There are several courier service companies are available for you to choose.

4. Where can I find shipping updates for my order?

To view shipping updates for your orders, we will send you the appointed courier service's tracking number through email and you may use it to track the order by going to their respective websites to track your parcel.
